 Toni Brown attends Amberton University where she is seeking a Masters of Science degree in Human Relations and Business. She is employed by the State of Texas' Parks and Wildlife Department in Austin, heading the HR Management Systems and Reporting Branch. Her undergraduate degree is in Management. |  Karen King is beginning her studies for a Masters of Public Administration at Strayer University. She is the Director of Human Resources for Lawrence County, PA. She holds an undergraduate degree in HR Management and is completing a MBA (HR) this year. Upon learning of her scholarship, she joined NPELRA. |

He began his career in the public sector working for the City of Ames and is currently an HR consultant.
