All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by October 1, 2021 to qualify for a refund. Cancellations received after October 1, 2021 are non-refundable. No-shows and inability to attend the ATC due to weather are non-refundable.
Conference Cancellation: Must submit cancellation in writing prior to October 1, 2021. A $75 administrative/cancellation fee will be applied. May opt to transfer registration, one registration transfer is allowed per registration provided they have the same membership status. A $35 transfer fee will be applied. All credit card refunds will incur a $15 cancellation/refund fee regardless of cancellation date.
Other Cancellation Fee's:
Academy Registration: A $50 administrative/cancellation fee will be deducted. One registration transfer is allowed per registration provided they have the same membersip status. A $35 transfer fee will be applied.
Pre and/or Post Conference Workshops: A $35 administrative/cancellation fee will be deducted. One registration transfer is allowed per registration provided they have the same membership status. A $35 transfer fee will be applied.
One-Day Registration: A $50 administrative/cancellation fee will be deducted for each day.
CLRP Exam: A $50 administrative/cancellation fee will be deducted.
Guest Registration: A $15 administrative fee will be deducted.
