The Minnesota Public Employer Labor Relations Association (MPELRA) is an organization that consists of a cross section of public sector employers. MPELRA is intended to serve public employers at all levels, including the state, counties, cities, townships, school districts, colleges and universities, and other agencies of local government thoughout the State of Minnesota.
Our members include full and part time employees who represent public employers in labor-relations and human resource matters. We also have members who are attorneys serving public employers.
MPELRA membership includes a broad range of public employer representatives from the smallest to the largest jurisdictions handling a wide range of issues in the labor relations and human resource areas.
