We are the premier nonprofit organization for public-sector Labor Relations and Human Resources professionals. National PELRA is comprised of 24 affiliated State PELRAs with over 2,200 members from around the country.

The National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (National PELRA) provides professional development, networking, and advocacy services to Labor Relations and Human Resource professionals, so that public sector employers may deliver the most efficient and effective services to citizens and taxpayers.

National PELRA is the premier organization for public-sector Labor Relations (LR) and Human Resource (HR) professionals. National PELRA is a network of state and regional affiliates with over 2,200 HR and LR members around the country. The public sector agencies represented in National PELRA employ more than four million workers in special districts, federal, state, local governments.

National PELRA has the distinct privilege of working with a variety of public employers, ranging from some of the largest cities and counties in the country to smaller townships and villages. Members also represent public schools, utility districts, public safety providers, libraries, courts, and state governments.
