The proposed subject matter (topic) and outline for the paper are first submitted to the Academy Committee for acceptance. The outline should begin with a 3 to 4 sentence paragraph stating the purpose of the paper and then supporting outline points.
- Submitted outlines shall be new content; submission of an existing paper will not be accepted.
- Outline topics must reflect Paper Requirements
- Outlines are not deemed approved until reviewed by the Committee
- The review process may require edits to the scope of the outline in order to meet the intent of the paper requirements.
- The paper writing process should not begin until the outline is approved.
